You'll find us on Coit Road just south of W 15th Street, a short drive from Medical City Plano. Free patient parking is available directly in front of our office, and the suite is on the ground floor with a step-free entrance for patients with limited mobility.
New patient or dental emergency?
New patients: Your first visit at Vitality Dental is comprehensive. Expect a full exam, digital X-rays where needed, an intraoral camera walkthrough of your mouth on the screen, and an honest conversation about a long-term plan. Plan for about 60 to 90 minutes. We'll send your intake forms in advance so you can complete them at home.
Emergencies: If you have a cracked tooth, severe pain, a knocked-out tooth, or swelling that wasn't there yesterday, call (972) 645-4100 immediately. We hold time in our schedule for same-day emergency dentist visits . After hours, leave a message and our team will return your call as quickly as possible.
Insurance, payment, and our in-house plan
We accept most major dental insurance plans and provide a complimentary benefits review before any treatment, so you know what's covered before you commit.
